Attorney Roy W. Boggs was born and raised in Anderson, South Carolina. He received a B.S from The University of South Carolina in 1989, and a Juris Doctor from The University of South Carolina School of Law in 1993. His emphasis is in collections law. Roy is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the Richland County Bar Association.
