Peter Korn, the firm's founder, has been practicing in the area of foreclosures and collections since 1974. Mr. Korn has concluded over 30,000 mortgage foreclosures statewide in the past 30 years and is a frequent lecturer and author of foreclosure manuals. He is an associate director of the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas and is a member of the Legislative and Loan Oversight Committees. Mr. Korn is the chairman of the Membership Committee of the US Foreclosure Network and a member of the Commercial Law League of America, the National Attorney Network, the American Association of Creditor Attorneys, and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys. He has also served as special referee for the Circuit Court.
